Terms of Service

Rankium is a product operated by RepairFlow Inc. ("RepairFlow", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern Rankium's website, application, APIs, MCP/plugin connections, and related services.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, connecting Rankium to another service, using a Rankium plugin or MCP connection, or otherwise using Rankium, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Rankium for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. The service
Rankium is a visibility intelligence and growth platform. Depending on your plan and connected providers, it can organize and analyze search, analytics, market, backlink, directory, technical-site, and related visibility data; calculate scores; track observations; generate reports and roadmaps; and expose authorized functions through APIs, plugins, and MCP-compatible AI clients.
Rankium does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing, citations, revenue, backlinks, or placement on third-party platforms. Third-party measurements may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or changed by their providers.
3. Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You may connect only websites, properties, provider accounts, API keys, and resources you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for revoking access when appropriate.
4. Third-party integrations and BYOK
Rankium may integrate with Google, Microsoft, analytics providers, SEO-data providers, crawling providers, payment processors, AI clients, and other services. Their terms also apply to your use of those services. When you provide your own API key or OAuth authorization, you instruct Rankium to use it for the requested integration. Third-party availability, quotas, pricing, data quality, and policies are outside Rankium's control.
5. Plugins, MCP, and AI clients
Compatible AI platforms and agent clients may call Rankium tools at your direction. Rankium tools remain limited by your authenticated account permissions. Read tools do not modify your website. Tools that refresh data or start scans may update Rankium-side records or consume provider quota, as described by the tool.
6. Billing and cancellation
Paid features are governed by the plan, price, billing frequency, limits, and terms presented at checkout or in Rankium billing. Subscriptions renew until canceled unless otherwise stated. You can cancel future renewal through available billing controls. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where Rankium expressly offers a refund in writing. We may change future pricing or limits with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Rankium to violate law; access data without authorization; bypass third-party controls or rate limits; distribute malware; interfere with Rankium; exploit security vulnerabilities without authorization; misrepresent Rankium data; abuse provider quotas; or infringe others' rights.
8. Your content and data
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant RepairFlow a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Rankium and comply with law. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the information you provide.
9. Rankium intellectual property
Rankium's software, designs, scoring systems, documentation, branding, and service architecture are owned or controlled by RepairFlow Inc. and protected by applicable laws.
10. Service changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable technical or usage limits to protect reliability, provider quotas, or users. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rankium or cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material Terms violations, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct threatening Rankium or others. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankium is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that third-party data, recommendations, scores, or forecasts will be complete or error-free. Rankium provides software and information tools, not legal, tax, investment, or guaranteed marketing advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepairFlow Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from Rankium. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Rankium during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as Rankium changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
